	HPC Rotary Screw Compressors

A full range of HPC rotary screw compressors are available from 11-2797 cfm (2.2kW-450kW) with pressures ranging from 3.5-15 bar. Options of receiver mounted, intergrated dryers, & variable speed help tailor the package to the customers requirement.



		The energy efficient EFF1 motors drive the unique SIGMA profile airend giving exceptional reliability. Quiet in operation and low in maintenance costs HPC screw compressors are designed to be able to run at 100% dutyThe latest range of compressors are designed with energy saving, reliability, & quietness in mind. The airend on the compressors above 18.5kW is driven via a 1:1 ‘omega coupling’ giving a true direct drive for maximum efficiency.

All HPC direct drive compressors are controlled by a Siemens designed ‘SIGMA CONTROLLER’ this highly advanced industrial PC is an intelligent controller & communication system which provides a real time operating system with historical events, warnings, alarms, and service/maintenance messages. The Sigma Controller can be integrated into building management systems and provides all the important interfaces such as profibus that is required for external communication

A complete new range of belt drive compressors have been designed from 5.5kW-22kW to give better energy savings as well as improved noise levels. the SIGMA profile airend is driven by an energy efficient EEF1 electric motor via a multi ribbed belt. The new design has improved access for maintenance. The new range includes options of receiver mounting(RM), integrated refrigerant dryers(T), and Variable speed drive(SFC). The 5.5kW-9kW has an addition option of an Air Centre (AC) this is a screw compressor incorporating a refrigerant dryer & 270ltr air receiver in one integrated package. The belt drive compressors have a Sigma Control Basic fitted as standard with an option of the full SIGMA CONTROLLER.
